 My name is Terry Sanders and I am 56 years old. I was recently diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis in February 2008 and I am in need of a lung transplant. I am unable to work at this time and we have numerous medical bills and trips to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. Any Donations to help us through this journey would be greatly appreciated.
